Ugreen The DXP2800 is a two-bay file server based on the 12th-generation Intel N100 processor, which ensures stable operation with multiple applications simultaneously—from daily backups to 4K multimedia playback. The device is equipped with 8 GB of fast DDR5 memory (expandable to 16 GB), a 2.5GbE network port with a throughput of up to 312.5 MB/s, and 2 SATA drive bays, allowing for storage expansion up to 60 TB (2x24 TB + 2x8 TB). Additionally, there are 2 M.2 NVMe slots designed for SSDs used as cache, increasing data read and write speeds. The UGOS Pro operating system enables remote access and file management from a computer, phone, or a web browser, while the aluminum chassis ensures effective cooling. The DXP2800 also functions as a private cloud, where you have full control over your data—without the need to use external providers or pay subscription fees. Hard drives are not included in the package—users can select them independently according to their own needs.

The maximum total storage capacity is 60 TB (2x 24TB HDD + 2x 8TB SSD), allowing you to create a truly spacious and flexible data storage environment. Compatibility with drives from various manufacturers increases configuration flexibility, and support for RAID 0, 1, JBOD, and Basic modes allows you to tailor security and performance to your individual needs. The device also supports data recovery features in the event of a single drive failure, which enhances the security of stored files.

The 12th-generation Intel X86 processor with 4 cores and 4 threads ensures smooth multitasking and low power consumption—ideal for 24/7 operation. Users gain a 132% increase in CPU performance compared to older models, as well as hardware support for video transcoding up to 8K. Additionally, 8 GB of DDR5 memory (expandable to 16 GB) offers bandwidth of up to 6400 MT/s, which translates to fast data processing and smooth operation even for mag demanding applications.

Ample Port Availability

Thanks to the 2.5GbE port, transfer speeds of up to 312.5 MB/s can be achieved—as a result, transferring 1 GB of data takes approximately 3.2 seconds. The Ugreen DXP2800 NAS file server is also equipped with USB-C and USB-A ports on the front (both 10 Gb/s), a 5 Gb/s USB-A port on the back, 2x USB 2.0 ports, and a 4K HDMI output, which allows you to stream movies from the server directly to a 4K 60 Hz TV—without conversion and without lag.

The AI Photo Album module analyzes photo content, automatically recognizing faces, objects, text, animals, and landscapes, and then assigns them to the appropriate categories. The built-in algorithm can also detect duplicates and photos with very similar content, allowing you to easily delete them and free up disk space. Additionally, semantic search enables finding photos based on textual descriptions, which significantly reduces the time needed to locate specific shots—even without knowing their name or date taken.
